Vendor Terms of Service | Liqana

These Vendor Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between Liqana Furniture & Interior Design and all onboarded certified vendors, workshops, and independent designers. These terms apply immediately upon account activation. Please review them carefully to ensure mutual rights.

First - Quality Standards & Furniture Specifications :

The partner vendor guarantees that all listed furniture and Majlis concepts fully match the described technical specifications, including wood types, fabric standards, precise dimensions, and final finishes.

All bespoke items and custom fabrications are subject to quality inspections by Liqana's team. The platform reserves the right to reject any piece that falls short of our premium luxury standards.

Second - Pricing :

Vendors must provide fair, transparent pricing including fabrication costs, and update rates immediately if raw material costs fluctuate.

Third - Production Timelines & Logistics :

The vendor holds sole responsibility for adhering to the confirmed manufacturing timeline. Unjustified delays in delivering sofas, bedrooms, or tables give Liqana the right to compensate the client and penalize the vendor account.

Dispatch and delivery logistics must be tightly coordinated with Liqana to ensure safe delivery without damages.

Fourth - Warranties, Returns, & Manufacturing Defects:

Vendors must provide an official structural warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified duration.

In case of verified manufacturing errors, the vendor bears the full cost of modification, repair, or full item replacement without extra charges to the client or Liqana.

Fifth - Amendments & Account Termination:

Liqana reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. We hold the right to terminate the account of any vendor providing substandard materials or failing to meet client satisfaction protocols.
