Welcome to Liqana. These Terms and Conditions govern your browsing, purchasing, custom furniture manufacturing, and interior design services through our storefront across Saudi Arabia. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full :

1. Account Eligibility & Responsibility:

Users commit to providing highly accurate and complete information during registration or checkout and hold sole responsibility for safeguarding their account credentials.

2. Bespoke & Custom Furniture Fabrication Policy:

Since Liqana specializes in bespoke furniture, custom sofas, luxury Majlis, and tailored bedrooms, the client bears full responsibility for validating all technical measurements, dimensions, configurations, and fabric/material colors before finalizing the manufacturing approval.

Custom or bespoke orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once raw materials are acquired and the order undergoes actual physical fabrication, except under written approval from Liqana's management.

3. Pricing & Financial Transactions:

All listed prices or custom manufacturing quotes are final.

We utilize standard secure payment gateways.

4. Intellectual Property & Design Rights:

All visual assets, original product imagery, logos, architectural layouts, and 2D/3D interior design rendering concepts displayed on Liqana are the exclusive intellectual property of our company. Any unauthorized cloning or utilization for external commercial intents is strictly prohibited.
