Vendor Obligations & Responsibilities :

Guarantee highly accurate technical descriptions for all furniture pieces, accompanied by high-resolution images showcasing real materials and craftsmanship.

Commit to fair pricing strategies and update production timelines or inventory status regularly.

Deliver exceptional customer support, including swift responses to measurement inquiries and efficient order fulfillment.

Strictly refrain from listing any copyrighted designs or unauthorized items that contradict the platform's brand values.

Account Suspension & Termination : Liqana reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor account immediately under the following circumstances :

Violation of any of the platform's core quality and operational policies.

Receiving repetitive customer complaints regarding material durability, fabric standards, or delayed delivery timelines.

Providing falsified or misleading information about manufacturing specifications.
