Seller Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accurate product descriptions with clear, high-quality images.

  2. Follow fair pricing policies and regularly update stock availability.

  3. Provide professional customer service, including responding to inquiries and handling orders and complaints efficiently.

  4. Comply with Liqana’s shipping and delivery policies.

  5. Avoid listing prohibited or non-compliant products that do not align with the platform’s policies and values.

Payment & Commission Terms:

  1. Commission fees per sale are determined as per the agreement with Liqana.

  2. Seller earnings are transferred according to the payment schedule outlined in the seller agreement.

  3. Sellers are responsible for any additional fees related to transactions or bank transfers.

Account Suspension or Termination: Liqana reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller’s account in case of:

  1. Violation of any platform policies.

  2. Receiving repeated customer complaints without resolution.

  3. Providing false or misleading information.
